“Creative is Messy” and I thrive bringing order to the excitement of the modern creative studio. Balancing the financial obligations of a business and the creative vision of a project requires fine negotiating and working with all personality types. Where others speak loudly and beat a drum from above, I embed myself with the teams to facilitate forward progress toward our shared goals.

Born and raised within the DC Beltway, I have been fortunate to grow up around art that has inspired my entire life. My love is portraiture because a talented artist can capture the inner self of a subject through a visual medium. My creative outlet is primarily painting but am recently re-exploring printing, combining my love of visual arts with process and construction.

Distance running has been a buttress to my life for over a decade. I’m both excited and terrified when I sign up for a race and set that goal. Then weeks of training on the trail alone or with a pod of like-minded running enthusiasts. Early mornings on the trails; late nights at the track. Now, race day. Excitement. Nervousness. Gleeful. Now it's over. I’m sore and slightly exhausted, and most likely will do it again.
